Dick Morris offered a few anti-Clinton conspiracy theories of his own. You don’t have to be right-wing to do that.

Seriously, the devotion to all things Palin is really weird. She is a non-elected, no-voting, not running, person of the public that affects your lives in no way. She is well within her rights to speak up and out about that which she either believes in or had trouble with. And still, you guys treat her like somehow or another she has any effect on your lives.

She's hot, no doubt, but she doesn't "know" anything about anything. Barry was a community activist, but he wa also a State Senator, and a US Senator, as well as a Constitutional scholar. Palin was the guv of Alaska....

It is very strange.I don't understand the fixation so many on the left have with her either. If they aren't afraid of her, as they claim, then why the obsession? If she is "irrelevant" ( can't remember which lefty said that) then why bother bringing her up all the time?

I thought for a second that said communist activist. That might have been more accurate.

I'm not a fan of Palin, especially as a leader of a movement or political party, but I would have to back you on that.
It is easy for me to see why she is obsessed about by elitists on the left. She does not fit the mold of a typical woman in politics. She is not a Blueblood socialite....she didn't grow up in a rich family and go to Vassar, marry an investment banker, live in an Upper East Side penthouse, and tie her sweater around her neck. She is not one of "them"....and middle-aged women are no different than middle school girls. They love to single out one girl from the herd and make fun of her till she develops an eating disorder or make a lame attempt at suicide.

I agree with you. Especially the part about about woman. At any age, we are vicious creatures.

As I said before, Palin is rather average other than her looks. If she looked like Hillary Clinton and still stood for the same principles and articulated them the way she does now, nobody would have ever given her the time of day. I think the more people see of her, the more they realize this sad, but true, fact.
As for Obama and teleprompters, nobody reads them better and according to many news people who have to read them every night on the news, this is not necessarily an easy art. In fact, many politicians forego the teleprompter and go from notes while giving speeches because they feel a lot more secure doing so (apparently Palin even writes things on her hands). As for needing a prompter to discuss the issues, the president has shown quite well recently, before both Republicans and Democrats, that he can discuss and debate any issue with others persuasively and fluidly without the aid of a teleprompter.

Ash, you need to fine tune that a little bit. Not all women are vicious creatures (you and I only bring out the claws when absolutley necessary).
Michelle Obama is one of my least favorite women today, yet I don't find it necessary to bash her for her inane comments and attire on a daily basis. But she REALLY needs to stop wearing those awful belts.

Okay 99.9% of woman are vicious. Is that better?

Back to your point here kitten, I thought liberals were supposed to be so tolerant of everything and everyone? You'd think they would appreciate her being so different from them. After all, President Obama did say "We find unity in our incredible diversity". ButiIt's not really "diversity" if everyone has to fall in lock step with them.

I know you're just joking (I think) but I don't that's true at all. I think men are much more rational than women and, when they are thinking with the right brain, are smarter too.

If you have had the last couple of weeks I've had, Ash, you would agree with me. They are irrational little 3 year olds who all need naps.
